I believe development makes the most sense inside relationships. Children grow best when the adults and environments around them feel steady, supported, and informed.
Over time, I’ve seen how often caregivers and educators are asked to manage big emotions and challenging behaviors without the support they need themselves.
I work directly with children while guiding the adults and systems around them to understand what’s happening beneath behavior and respond in ways that support regulation, connection, and long-term growth.
Development isn’t a checklist. It unfolds inside relationships. That belief guides everything I do.
